Throughout the entire Sprint Center project, ICON was an extension of my staff. I was able to focus more of my time on building operations because I was confident in ICON’s ability to deliver the facility both on time and on budget.

AEG has developed nearly $2B of sports and entertainment venues in the US and Europe in just the last 4 years. ICON delivered each project on time and under budget. We demand that level of certainty on our projects and ICON always delivers.

I’ve worked with ICON now on two very difficult stadium projects. The first when I ran the MetroStars and could not have been more impressed with their experience and how they conduct a project. When I got my second stadium deal done and took over the Philadelphia Union, I didn’t hesitate to call ICON to activate our new stadium project. They are simply the best in the business.

It started with the success of Pepsi Center and never stopped. Tim and his group have long been a trusted resource to KSE and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park was a natural extension of our relationship. We had a finite budget and a clear vision for our new soccer stadium. ICON listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered in every respect.

AEG’s business relies upon having world wide and world class entertainment venues. ICON is our exclusive resource and we count on them to deliver our expanding arena and stadium portfolio. We wouldn’t do a project without them.

ICON always told me what I needed to know and did what needed to be done. They were the voice of reason that I relied upon to get Prudential Center built.

We set out to create the ultimate entertainment destination and certainly a place never before experienced in the UK or elsewhere in Europe. ICON was able to bring the lessons learned from AEG’s US projects and meld those into the unique culture and branding environment we needed here in London. Their project management was brilliant.

Detlef Kornett

Company
CEO, AEG Germany (Former)
Project Reference

ICON’s team in Berlin was like family. They understood what we needed to design and build a successful venue in Germany and took personal pride in managing every detail. Germany is a challenging environment to deal with building contractors, but ICON developed positive relationships and commanded respect.
