It started with the success of Pepsi Center and never stopped. Tim and his group have long been a trusted resource to KSE and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park was a natural extension of our relationship. We had a finite budget and a clear vision for our new soccer stadium. ICON listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered in every respect.

ICON was challenged by Kroenke Sports and Entertainment to build a world-class MLS stadium and 24-field youth soccer complex for an all inclusive budget of $87 million - and that is precisely what we did. ICON’s plan for a single concourse at grade and a soccer pitch dropped 30 feet into the ground saved millions in unnecessary structural costs. Similarly, the ICON scheme placed the team and commissary facilities in an independent and economical building rather than needing to build that space into the expensive stadium superstructure. This strategy left enough money to build two levels of luxury suites and an iconic roof modeled after the tectonic plates that formed the Rocky Mountains.
